Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. Once an order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: Delivery timelines are provided by the carrier and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including weather, holidays, or local service delays.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking information shows that your package has been marked as “Delivered”, it is considered successfully fulfilled.
In these cases, we recommend:

Checking your mailbox, porch, and surrounding delivery areas

Confirming the shipping address provided at checkout

Asking household members, neighbors, or building management if they accepted the delivery on your behalf

Allowing up to 24–48 hours, as some carriers mark packages delivered prior to final drop-off
Once a package is marked as delivered, Preshies is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
Lost or Stolen Packages
While we cannot issue refunds for packages marked as delivered, we understand these situations can be frustrating.
As a one-time courtesy, Preshies may offer a replacement for first-time incidents at our discretion. This courtesy is not guaranteed and does not apply to repeated claims, incorrect addresses, or suspected abuse.
If theft is suspected, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier or a local mail theft report, as carriers may require documentation for further investigation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are entered accurately at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
